Liquid Gold is a range of alcohol colors from permanent metallic pigments designed for gilding, decoration, retouching, restoration and modeling. The colors are on alcohol -based, made of metallic pigments, which brings a real metallic effect than if they were on a water basis. They are extremely durable and light. Colors should be thoroughly shaken or mixed before use. If the colors need to be further diluted, only 96% pure alcohol should be added to prevent oxidation. Colors cannot be mixed with water because the slightest contact with water causes real metal pigments to rust in a bottle. Colors can be mixed with each other to create other color variations. They dry very quickly and hold on every surface. You can also spray the colors with airbrush pistol, dilute them with 96% pure alcohol and never more than 30%. The brush and pistol are cleaned with alcohol. The colors are flammable due to the alcohol content, but does not contain xylene or toluene.
