FIBER3D was one of the first manufacturers to start buying undamaged spools and clean boxes from its strings.
We distinguish mainly between old and new coil, from the beginning of production we use coils that we bought together with the technology. The old coil has 5 rectangular holes, we made it in a black and transparent variant. Since the 3rd quarter of 2021, we have been producing filaments on a new only transparent spool with 5 hexagonal holes. With the new coil, we have saved several tens of grams in transport weight, thus reducing the environmental impact of our production. A few grams don't seem that much, but due to the annual production of about 20 tons of filament, even grams make a difference.

Repurchase is possible from 5 pieces. The spools and the boxes must be clean and without damage, for damaged and dirty reward. For the reverse collection of spools, the complaint assistant assistant of the Mailing room is used (for the purchase of us contact us with information, how much you have) this method is applicable for up to 24 complete boxes and spools using the correct box. We will solve the volume of the volume individually - the collection points are still in the solution.The resulting purchase price will be determined immediately after receiving spools, the payment is made through the discount coupon for the next purchase in our eshop.Return procedure:
- Send us information on how many spools you want to send (ideally with the photo they are in the state) to the email vykup@na3d.cz .
- You wrap the spools for shipping.
- You will receive a special shipping code from us.

- The operator will hand over the code and shipment. They take care of the rest.
