Polyether (PEI) Ultem is amorphous, amber and transparent thermoplastic with glass transition temperature (TG) 217 ° C. It works without changes up to 170 ° C. Thanks to these properties, the self-extinguishing plastic with the evaluation of UL94 VO and 5VA. The manufacturer chose the Ultlem 1010 for its filaments.
PEI FILAMENT does not come into contact with water and is immediately packed in vacuum.
Printer settings: nozzle temperature: 340 - 360 ° C. Pad temperature: 120 ° C.
Store the fiber in a bag, cold, dry and dark.
